FamilyFlow uses connected email only to identify relevant family information. AI-generated items go into a review queue, and you choose what becomes a task or calendar event. Gmail connection, monitoring, and saved data can be managed from Settings.

FamilyFlow is designed to be useful without being intrusive. Here are the basics.
Does FamilyFlow read all of my email?+
FamilyFlow uses Gmail read-only access to scan recent messages for likely family-related information. It filters for relevant messages and lets you pause or disconnect monitoring at any time.
Does AI automatically add things to my calendar?+
No. AI suggestions go into a review queue first. You choose what to save, edit or dismiss, and Calendar events are added only when you explicitly approve them.
What kinds of emails can FamilyFlow help with?+
School announcements, permission slips, tests, practices, camps, appointments, schedule changes, family events and other messages that contain dates or actions.
Can I still create tasks manually?+
Yes. FamilyFlow works as a normal family task organizer too, with family-member assignment, dates, notes and optional Google Calendar syncing.
Is FamilyFlow free?+
FamilyFlow is currently in open beta and free to try. No payment or credit card is required. Monthly support is completely optional and does not change app access or features.
What can the FamilyFlow admin see?+
The admin tools focus on operational status and support. They are not designed as a general-purpose view into a family's Gmail inbox or private task notes.
